• Where is the store based?

  Lidingö, Sweden

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  During the Christmas holidays I'll be out of office, therefore all orders will be shipped on Dec 29th! Happy Holidays!

  I will send your order as soon as possible after the payment has been received, it usually takes me 1–3 days to get an order ready and sent. You will receive an e-mail when your order has been sent along with a tracking ID.

  Shipping time:
  Sweden: 1–5 business days
  Europe: 3–14 business days
  Everywhere else: 4–14 business days

  For more accuracy, please contact me and I will be able to give you the estimated shipping time to your country.

  NOTE: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

• How are your artworks being shipped?

  All artworks will be shipped as Registered mail, this means they will be insured (if damaged or lost) and have tracking to 30+ countries. The tracking number will be attached to your "item sent" notification.

  Art prints and flat artworks under A4-format will be packed within a plastic sleeve to avoid wet, then in a rigid padded envelope to avoid the product from being damaged or bent.
  Framed artworks will be shipped rigid and padded within a cardboard box.
  Art prints and artworks larger than A4-format will be shipped in a tube.

• I can't find this specific artwork of yours, is it available?

  Please send me a message or check in on my website gallery, to the artwork, click on the "Available in shop" button (if any) to see where it's available.

• Are you open for requests or custom orders?

  Yes, just contact me!
